Recently, the firm has had significant success in defending those charged with sexual assault and child abuse. This February, Rick was able to get a state residency restriction for sex offenders declared unconstitutional. In March and April, two clients received dismissals in their child abuse cases. And lastly, at the end of April, Rick successfully tried a child molestation case, which resulted in their client being found not guilty on all counts. Despite the often-emotional public response to crimes of this nature, Corley & Associates is dedicated to ensuring that our clients are treated fairly and that the State meets its burden of proof when accusing them of such serious and life-changing offenses.
